COMMITTEES
In order to perform an active management based on members corporation and technical activities and establishing a basis for members activities and also to introduce the association as the main reference in the country for technical educations and treatment, as well as the board of the committee seven other committees of volunteer members are formed, theses committees are named and described below.
7 CARDINAL COMMITTES OF THE ASSOCIATION

COMMUNICATION COMMITTEE
Aim:
1- Association’s communication with other associations, networks and foreign units in order to introduce the IUA.
2- Providing the trade union’s supplements and to direct the association’s matters.
3- Make necessary civil and convenient moves for.
Specific aims
1-1 communicating with approved associations
- acquainting the approved associations
- introducing IAU to other scientific associations
- performing periodic meetings with other scientific associations
2-1 Comunicating with NGO
- acquainting NGO organizations
- introducing IUA to mentioned organizations
- participating in urologic meetings of the mentioned organizations
- giving technical opinions upon urology in mentioned meetings
1-2 communicating with organizations such as the board of medical council or legal medicine
- introducing IAU to mentioned organizations
- introducing experts to the mentioned organizations
- presenting general expertise to the mentioned organizations
1-3 communicating with the minister and presidents of the related units to the ministry of health and hygiene and medical educations and board of trustee and the high council
- Introducing the association as the main reference of urology
- Arranging technical committee meetings with managers related to the ministry and common projects.
1-4 communicating with foreign related committees
- Acquaintance and classification of foreign associations and organizations related to urology
- Communicating with mentioned parts to introducing IUA
- Making connection and cooperating with board of committee’s approval
- To fix contracts between IUA and other foreign associations in fields of education, research and exchanging experiences
1-2 Acquaintance and classification of producing, exporting and mobilization companies
- preparing a list of the companies
- classification of the companies according to their activities
2-2 arranging meetings in order to introduce the association
- arranging meetings with other organizations
3-2 introducing IAU as the main reference of urology in different fields of education, treatment and mobilization
1-3 fixing contracts with civil societies
- arranging sessions and preparing a list of societies including health ministry and civil ministry and advertisement organization
- arranging meetings with civil organizations and fixing contracts for members to use with discount
2-3 to arrange group re creative and athletic activities for members
- Election for athletic activities (swimming, mountain climbing…)
- Directing and controlling the activities
3-3 arranging meetings with art and civil organizations in order to introduce the association
- Acquaintance of welfare organizations which can present services to the members according to governmental programs
- Fixing contract with welfare organizations such as Shahrvand, Refah …

- Suggesting to arrange scientific conferences
- Suggesting to arrange permanent educational programs
- Remaining in touch with scientific journals and observing the publications
- Preparing services for buying books and journals for members
- Preparing treatment protocols for urologic patients
- Preparing preliminaries for educational trainings at the hospitals
- Evaluating the scientific state of Iranian urology and arranging further programs
